Processing

When you place an order, it will be processes immediately unless otherwise informed.  If not bespoke, then orders will usually be dispatched within 7 working days. However for items that are bespoke, we order components upon receipt of your order, and therefore aim to despatch your order within 21 working days. Unfortunately once items have left us, we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delays.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards via Paypal's secure online payment service. This is our prefered method of payment, please note that items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

As we are a small business, we are not required to register for VAT, and so you will not pay VAT on any of our items- meaning, you get an even better bargain!

Shipping

Each item is carefully gift boxed/bagged, and then packaged to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition. Delivery dates are to be co-ordinated with the customer for bespoke orders, however as a guideline please order at least 4 weeks before your required delivery date. Where possible, orders will be shipped earlier.

In order to ensure the safe arrival of your goods, we like to use Royal Mail next day Special Delivery service for goods over £15.00 anything under is sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery at a charge of £2.99. The Special Delivery P&P costs are from £5.50 Next Day Special Delivery depending on weight.

This price only refers to the shipping of goods in the United Kingdom. If you require shipping outside the Untied Kingdom, Please use the Contact Us form and tell us which items you wish to order so as to help us calculate the cost of delivery.

Remittance Terms    

All goods must be paid for in full before shipping. Goods remain the property of Patricia Godfrey until payment is received  in full. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order, for any reason and will refund payment for rejected orders in full.
